1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r9999 ("r9999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the r9999 website, mobile platform, sportsbook, casino, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the r9999 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

r9999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on r9999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. r9999 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will not knowingly allow any person under this age to register, deposit funds, or place any wager on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, legal entity, or commercial enterprise.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or representative of any competing gambling platform or business.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from r9999 or had an account closed by r9999 for any violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of r9999.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk. You are participating voluntarily and solely with funds you can afford to lose.

r9999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the r9999 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If r9999 identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts, r9999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any balances in accordance with its anti-fraud policy.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information are your sole responsibility.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact r9999 support immediately at [email protected].

Account verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. r9999 may request copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. r9999 processes all KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

r9999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount on r9999 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although r9999 reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on account verification status or risk assessment. Deposits are credited to player accounts in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within standard banking processing times for card and bank transfer payments.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made using a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, and withdrawals will only be processed to accounts matching the verified identity of the player.

r9999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which r9999 accepts no responsibility. All transactions on r9999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

r9999 offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of issue.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all r9999 promotions:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Bonuses are issued to individual verified accounts only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• r9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or hedging strategies — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

r9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice to players.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on r9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or casino game in question. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or event rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Bets are accepted at r9999's sole discretion. r9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without being required to provide a reason. In particular, r9999 may void bets placed after the conclusion of an event, bets placed using manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed in breach of these Terms, or bets placed using funds subject to a disputed deposit.

Cricket betting on r9999 covers pre-match and live in-play markets for BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures. In-play bets are subject to the state of the game at the time the bet is accepted by the r9999 system. Any delay between a player placing a bet and the system accepting it is a natural function of live data processing and does not constitute grounds for a dispute.

Casino games on r9999, including live dealer games sourced from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers, operate using certified random number generators. The house edge applicable to each game is built into the game's published return-to-player (RTP) percentage. r9999 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no control over individual session results.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r9999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account for any individual person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pricing to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing in relation to any sporting event covered on r9999.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction after it has been credited to a r9999 account and used for wagering.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the r9999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and design elements, is the intellectual property of r9999 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without r9999's express prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in respect of third-party intellectual property.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, delays in transaction processing, or actions taken in accordance with these Terms.

r9999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. r9999 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as practicable in such circumstances.

In no event shall r9999's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Players accept that betting and casino gaming carry inherent financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

KYC documents submitted for account verification are stored in a secure, access-controlled environment and are accessible only to authorised r9999 personnel directly involved in the verification process.

r9999 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary for the provision of payment processing services, or as described in the Privacy Policy. 11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Termination

You may close your r9999 account at any time by contacting r9999 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid account closure request, r9999 will process any remaining withdrawable balance subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

r9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other lawful instruction requiring account closure.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, r9999 may retain any funds in the account where those funds are reasonably linked to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. r9999 will provide written notice of the reason for closure and the outcome of any retained funds within 10 business days of the closure decision.

13 Amendments to These Terms

r9999 may amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, r9999 will notify players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, or updates to contact information) may be made without separate notification.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Any bets or transactions already in progress at the time of an amendment will be governed by the Terms in force at the time those bets or transactions were initiated.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the r9999 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. r9999 operates as a safe and reliable platform providing online betting and casino entertainment services to players in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact r9999 support in the first instance at [email protected]. r9999 aims to resolve all player complaints within five business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in our FAQ, available at r9999.io/faq.

r9999 records all betting activity, transaction history, and account actions on secure servers. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, transaction, or account action, r9999's records shall be the definitive reference point, except in cases of demonstrable system error.
